Northpointe team managed the design of ±1 mile road replacement to provide safe travel for bus traffic to new Center Grove School. Design included three vertical curve corrections, new box culvert, intersection at CR144, and added lane and shoulder widening on CR144. The Northpointe team provided right of way acquisition documents and managed utility relocations.
Northpointe team managed the design of complete drainage restoration to the Gateway south neighborhood on south side of Indianapolis. This included new storm sewer throughout residential streets, hybrid ditches, and complete road reconstruction for neighborhood streets. The Northpointe team lead the design, right of way acquisition, bidding, and permitting efforts.
NPES provided construction layout for future event center that will also be the future home of the Indy Fuel minor league hockey team.
