Northpointe Engineering and Surveying, Inc. is a Professional Land Surveying and Engineering company specializing in land surveying, design and inspection services with the state of Indiana, municipalities and private developers. Northpointe is a Women’s Business Enterprise that is certified as a WBE with the City of Indianapolis and a WBE/DBE with the Indiana Department of Transportation.

Northpointe has been involved with several city and state projects, assisting with professional land surveying, design and inspection services for roadway improvements, bridges, sanitary sewer, and water line and storm sewer expansions. Northpointe has also worked on the design and development of several private commercial and residential projects.

Northpointe was established in 2005 by Donna J. Smithers, a Professional Land Surveyor. Donna has over 33 years of experience in the land surveying and civil engineering field. Ms. Smithers established her own corporation in order to maintain control of integrity and provide excellent customer service. Our employees focus on the integrity and workmanship of each project, offering superior customer service throughout all phases of the project. We assist our clients’ needs through the overall development of a site including site feasibility, design, construction approvals, and site construction.

We have staff to simultaneously run six(6) full time survey crews.
